    This module will be a dynamic experience and introduce you to the global context of the fourth industrial revolution while giving you the opportunity to discuss the consequences of this transformative era. You will be introduced to new skills, tools and methods to better identify how you and your organisation can adapt more effectively. You will learn to better use the potential of technologies to become a perpetual learner and activate key levers of change in your company to transform it for the future of work.

    You will be accompanied by three engaging instructors, experts in their respective fields and backed with decades of experience. Jonathan Reichental brings a wealth of practical knowledge from his successful career and will take you on an eye-opening journey exploring the transformative technological changes facing the world today. He will introduce you to tools and techniques you can use to stay ahead of the curve and will demonstrate how you too can become a perpetual learner and educator. Laëtitia Vitaud, an expert in the changing dynamics of work will strip back the buzzwords and dig deep into the discourse surrounding the future of work in order to clarify what is happening. She will share concrete examples of how you can better manage an evolving workforce. Florence Grosse will bring her rich multidisciplinary background in the fields of medicine, design and collaborative work, to guide you through an interactive exercise in learning-by-doing and give you a better sense of the millennial perspective.

    This programme will help get you to grips with the transformative reality of the fourth industrial revolution and enhance your understanding of how we can leverage developments in technology to become life-long learners. You will feel more confident in managing a changing workforce and walk away with new concrete tools you can apply within your organisation. You will feel more confident activating change within your company and helping it respond to the future. You will be better able to decipher the discourse and critically reflect on key issues concerning the future of work.
