The medical divide is a reality in a number of places, and is constantly increasing. In France, more than 9,000 towns do not have a local doctor’s office. Worldwide, 400 million citizens lack access to basic health services, in particular in Africa, where more than half the population live at least 10 kilometers from the nearest health center.
In the light of this situation, MedTrucks has set up a mobile health solution and a partner network of hospital trucks with a mapping platform to provide community medical services in remote areas lacking medical facilities.
