The Gaïa Camp
INNOVATE TO PUT BIODIVERSITY AT THE HEART OF YOUR BUSINESS STRATEGY
Ogaïa and thecamp invite you to participate in The Gaïa Camp, a guided innovation program in favor of biodiversity.
The 6-month program will run in parallel with the World Conservation Congress, taking place in Marseille in June 2020.
During The Gaïa Camp, you will prototype a concrete solution to one of your company’s strategic problems related to biodiversity.
Business and biodiversity: a shared future
Companies are one of the keys to preserving biodiversity, and their respective futures are interdependent. First, because human activity has caused the five main declines in biodiversity. Second, because most of the wealth created by companies comes from the natural and living resources of our planet.
2020 UICN World Conservation Congress
Every four years, the World Conservation Congress, organized by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), brings together in a new country several thousand leaders and decision makers from governments, civil society, indigenous peoples, business and academia, with the goal of preserving the environment.
The next congress will take place in France, at the Parc Chanot in Marseille, Provence, from June 11 to 19, 2020. It will be the focus of attention for institutions, NGOs, economic actors and the general public.
