More than 1000 investors, entrepreneurs and government officials met in Marseille and at thecamp on November 20 and 21 for the second edition of the EMERGING Valley summit, co-organized by the AFD (French development agency).
The attendees included several digital ministers from African countries, around twenty incubators from around Africa and 100 African startups, of which nearly 70 participated in the event’s Social and Inclusive Business Camp with more than 40 international investors.
thecamp welcomed the second day of the event, which included the AFD’s launch of Digital Africa, a unique platform in the Aix-Marseille region where innovation leaders from Africa and Europe meet to interact and to help positive impact projects emerge.
